Wichita, Kansas

Wescon Controls is headquartered in Wichita, Kansas, in a 131,000 square foot facility. The Wichita plant focuses on conduit manufacturing, steel stamping, screw machine, light and heavy duty controls. The flexible, cellular manufacturing in Wichita focuses on lower volume, short run and quick delivers.

The Wichita plant has vertical integration for our screw machining, wire, punch and shear departments, flexible cell manufacturing, and is a significant supplier to the Juarez facility. We also offer engineering design with our extensive in-house test lab, research and development and more.

Juarez, Mexico

Wescon Controls has a second manufacturing plant located in Juarez, Mexico, in a 35,000 square foot facility. The Juarez plant focuses on conduit manufacturing, light and heavy duty controls, and longer run, high volume items. Wescon Controls manages our own production and quality as well as imports our own equipment and raw materials to the Juarez plant.

Since 2004, the Juarez plant has increased our global footprint and expanded our capabilities. The Juarez facility is growing with more production equipment and more employees, along with English courses for key employees. We have introduced processes and systems, including a new MRP/ERP system, and increased our total capacity by 60% since 2012.
